Vice President of Architecture & Design

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Architecture & Design to spearhead the vision, planning, and execution of a world-class luxury private members community. This executive leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the architectural and design direction of high-end residential villas, luxury resort and amenities, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of luxury, innovation, and guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring that the community's design and development align with the brand's values and standards. Key requirements for the role include proven executive-level experience in architecture, design, or development leadership, an extensive background in delivering luxury resorts, private clubs, branded residences, or ultra-luxury villa communities, and strong expertise in master planning, design management, consultant coordination, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in working with internationally recognized luxury hospitality or residential brands and must possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, the role is open to U.S. Citizens or Puerto Rican residents who are eligible to work in Puerto Rico.
