Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to join their senior management team. This key leadership role is pivotal in shaping the financial direction of the organization, with full responsibility for financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting business growth through strategic financial management. The Head of Finance will be expected to have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as experience in managing external audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA, and a minimum of 15 years' of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 10 years' in senior leadership positions, preferably within the banking sector.
