Head of CoE, SAP Finance Platform Lead

The Company is seeking a Head of CoE, SAP Finance Platform Lead to establish and lead the SAP Finance Centre of Excellence in Spain. The successful candidate will be the global authority for SAP finance platforms, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance and related modules. This key leadership role involves strategic thinking, deep SAP expertise, and executive-level stakeholder management to ensure the delivery of sustainable and scalable finance solutions across the organization. Responsibilities include defining the target operating model, architecture, and solution design for global SAP S/4HANA roll-outs, as well as driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in finance processes and SAP implementations. Applicants must have a proven track record in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations in complex, international environments, and possess deep expertise in SAP finance modules and future-oriented SAP technologies. Strong leadership skills, experience in building and managing Centers of Excellence or global teams, and a solid understanding of finance business processes and their integration with IT platforms are essential. The role requires an individual with a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach to execution, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively at the senior management level. The Head of CoE will also be responsible for mentoring and developing talent within the CoE, contributing to the group IT architecture, and ensuring that finance transformation initiatives align with the overall IT strategy.
