Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take ownership of its brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy within the wealth management ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and differentiated messaging in a competitive fintech landscape, driving category and thought leadership initiatives, and aligning marketing programs with revenue targets and the product roadmap. This role involves building and leading a high-performing marketing organization, overseeing corporate communications, and championing customer and market research to inform product strategy and competitive positioning. The CMO will also be tasked with developing and managing the marketing budget, as well as architecting an AI-native marketing function to maximize growth and return on investment. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CMO or senior marketing executive role, preferably within fintech, wealthtech, or B2B SaaS. A deep understanding of the wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer ecosystem is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth, as well as experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. A data-driven approach to marketing, experience with AI-powered martech, and a builder's mindset are essential. The role requires excellent storytelling, communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of brand marketers, designers, and storytellers. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is a plus.
