Department Head, Electrical Mission Critical

The successful candidate will be responsible for department leadership, including owning design guidelines, quality review processes, and mentoring engineers and designers. This role also involves hands-on design work, leading electrical design on large data center projects, and ensuring the integration of power systems into the overall design. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of electrical design experience, with a significant background in data center work, and be a Licensed Professional Engineer. Experience in medium voltage distribution, protective relaying, and designing redundant power systems for tiered facilities is essential. The role requires a track record of leading engineering teams, a working knowledge of Revit and BIM, and an engineering degree or equivalent experience. LEED accreditation is a plus.
