Vice President of Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of procurement and supply chain to align with corporate goals. This includes the management and development of the purchasing and supply chain organization, building strong international supplier and partner networks, and ensuring the resilience, efficiency, and scalability of the supply chain. The role also involves the digitization of processes and the establishment of data-driven control and decision-making tools, as well as serving as a key advisor to management on strategic corporate decisions. Applicants for the Vice President of Supply Chain position at the company should have a completed degree with a focus on business, supply chain, or a related field, and a proven track record of leadership in strategic purchasing or supply chain management. Experience in international procurement and supplier strategies is essential, as is a strong background in supply chain, risk, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have experience in digitalization, KPI management, and data-driven decision-making processes, and be proficient in the use of ERP, BI, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are also required, along with fluency in German and English.
