Vice President of Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of procurement and supply chain to align with corporate goals. This includes the management and development of the purchasing and supply chain organization, building strong international supplier and partner networks, and ensuring the resilience, efficiency, and scalability of the supply chain. The role also involves the digitization of processes and the establishment of data-driven control and decision-making tools, as well as serving as a strategic advisor to management on corporate decisions. Applicants for the Vice President of Supply Chain position at the company should have a completed degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on strategic purchasing or supply chain management. Leadership experience in these areas is essential, as is a background in international procurement and supplier strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of supply chain, risk, and contract management, and experience in digitalization, KPI management, and data-driven decision-making processes. Proficiency in ERP, BI, and analytics tools is required, along with excellent German and English language skills, strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
