The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall commercial performance, leadership, and operating health of the Australian branch. The Branch Managing Director will be accountable for P&L, and will lead the execution of local strategy while ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the annual business plan, driving growth through effective leadership of sales, marketing, and customer experience functions, and championing the company's values-led culture and sustainability agenda. Applicants for the Branch Managing Director position should be accomplished commercial leaders with senior leadership experience in customer-centric, service-led organizations. Strong sales and marketing leadership capability, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders, are essential.
