Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic and operational leadership across advocacy, service delivery, and organizational performance. The successful candidate will work closely with the board to ensure financial sustainability and strengthen the organization's capability. This role is pivotal in maintaining and building relationships with government, funders, and the community to deliver high-quality, person-centered services. The ideal CEO will have a proven track record in leading organizations that have a significant community impact, possess vision, commercial and financial acumen, and the ability to foster an engaged and inclusive organizational culture. Advocacy and the ability to build relationships across government and the broader community are also key attributes for this position.
