This role involves participating in business pitches as a subject matter expert, writing client statements of work, and establishing resource rate cards. The SVP will also be responsible for staffing accounts, serving as the escalation contact for critical business issues, and constantly analyzing employee time utilization. Additionally, the role includes leading and managing cross-functional teams, promoting the adoption of data operations tools, and keeping up to date on digital operations. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in data management, data engineering, data operations, or business intelligence, with at least 10 years in an advertising agency and digital media data. The role requires a strong background in an agile development environment, management, and client-facing work. Experience in managing offshore teams is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data governance, and documentation, and be adept at people and project management. Skills in business intelligence, data transformation, and media platforms are essential, with a focus on driving adoption, training, and ownership of departmental requirements and projects.
