The Company is seeking a Unit Manager for Planned Maintenance to lead the strategic and transparent execution of maintenance projects across a vast property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the physical framework of the community, including schools, cultural centers, and social services, is maintained to meet the needs of the present and future. This role involves overseeing a large number of maintenance projects, with a focus on sustainability, customer needs, and professionalizing management processes. The Unit Manager will be a key player in the implementation of a new management model for property maintenance and will lead a department of around 30 employees, including two section managers and a small procurement and contracting team. Applicants for the Unit Manager position should be experienced personnel managers, preferably with a background in a politically led operations organization. While knowledge of property maintenance and operation is advantageous, a strong skill set in project management is essential. The ideal candidate will be decisive, able to maintain a high pace of execution, and adept at navigating a complex and varied task environment. The role requires a leader who can create a sense of calm during challenging times and is capable of engaging closely with the team when necessary.
