Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the overall operation of multiple accounts or a significant multi-site account. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. This role requires the ability to galvanize a team under a common growth and operations platform, ensuring the delivery of operational excellence, and identifying innovative solutions to meet client requirements. The VPO will also be accountable for all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, with a focus on full P&L management. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in general management with full P&L responsibility, particularly in the food, facilities, or retail service sector.
