Chief of Staff, Information Technology Greater Denver, CO Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Information Technology division. The successful candidate will have a significant influence over the IT strategic agenda, acting as the primary driver of CIO priorities and ensuring the department's alignment with enterprise goals. This role is pivotal in creating leverage for the CIO, overseeing the Office of the Chief Information Officer, and leading the IT Strategic Projects team. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for running the Office of the CIO, engaging in department operations and culture, and coordinating leadership communication within IT. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the implementation of the department's capacity management process and supporting key business partners in various IT annual processes. Applicants must be brave, ambitious, and passionate leaders with at least 10 years' of relevant work experience, including strong project management skills. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with the ability to lead through influence, drive for results, and make sound decisions amidst ambiguity. Experience working effectively with C-level and senior leadership teams, strong executive communication, and business storytelling skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong orientation to quality, attention to detail, and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for the professional development of the IT Strategic Projects team and ensuring successional support within the department.
