Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive property management experience, with at least 5 years in regional, multi-site, or portfolio-level leadership, and a similar tenure in student housing. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in financial performance, operational execution, and leadership development, as well as strong financial acumen and the ability to manage and develop leaders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, relevant property management certification, and experience with property management technology. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to operate in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment, and a willingness to travel extensively.
