Head of Energy Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Energy Operations to lead its critical infrastructure operations across the country. This executive leadership role is pivotal in managing a multi-million technical services and energy operations business, with a focus on supporting clients in the pharmaceutical, industrial, healthcare, and food manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will have full operational and commercial accountability for a significant business unit, overseeing multiple sites, senior leadership teams, and key client relationships. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and driving business performance. The role also involves leading strategic growth initiatives, championing continuous improvement, and contributing to executive decision-making and long-term business planning. The ideal candidate for this role will be a proven operational leader with a background in technical services, engineering services, facilities management, utilities, energy, or related sectors. They should have a strong track record in P&L management, leading large, geographically dispersed teams, and delivering growth and customer excellence. The role requires excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities, as well as a degree in engineering, building services, energy management, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience. The Head of Energy Operations will be part of the executive leadership team, with the opportunity to shape long-term strategy and drive sustainable growth across existing and emerging sectors.
