Head of Commercial Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial Finance to take on a pivotal role in the development and professionalization of the finance function. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for finance in the DACH region, leading all financial processes and ensuring their efficiency and future orientation. This includes the development and structuring of accounting, reporting, and controlling, as well as the active drive for the implementation and further development of ERP systems. The role also involves monthly reporting, performance analyses, and ensuring compliance with all tax, regulatory, and audit-related requirements. The Head of Commercial Finance will be a key business partner, working closely with international management and sales teams to develop and implement financial strategies, and will eventually take on strategic responsibilities beyond the finance function. Applicants for the Head of Commercial Finance position at the company should have a completed degree in finance, economics, or a comparable field, with several years' of experience in a management role in finance, ideally within a growth-oriented environment. A strong knowledge of accounting, controlling, and reporting, as well as experience with ERP systems, is essential. The role requires a hands-on mentality, strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ability to build and optimize structures, and fluency in both German and English, are also necessary.
