Head of Tax

The Company is seeking a Head of Tax to take on a key leadership role within its international organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's tax function, including both national and international tax matters. This pivotal position involves leading a team of experienced tax experts, ensuring compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, and actively contributing to the development and optimization of tax processes and structures. The Head of Tax will also be the primary contact for tax authorities, particularly during audits, and will advise internal stakeholders on complex tax issues. Applicants for the Head of Tax position at the company should have a strong background in business administration, law, or a related field with a focus on taxation. A certification as a tax advisor is desirable. The role requires several years of professional experience in an international tax environment, with a solid understanding of corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax/VAT. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling international tax issues and regulatory requirements, as well as strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide a team of experts. Fluency in German and English is essential, and the candidate should demonstrate a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
