Senior Vice President, Operations Greater Hartford, CT Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to set operational strategy and lead execution across a distributed, multi-location business. Responsibilities include building scalable processes, translating strategy into measurable operating plans, and leading cross-functional teams. The role oversees third-party partner networks, customer service delivery, platform operations, compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives. It also owns operational financial performance, drives efficiency and service quality, and develops a high-performing operations leadership team. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience, including three or more years in a senior vice president or C-suite role. Required qualifications include success in an asset-light, platform, marketplace, or managed-services model; experience leading distributed teams and complex, multi-region vendor networks; and ownership of multiple large P&Ls. Strong commercial judgment, process-scaling experience, and executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership are essential. Experience in environmental services, logistics, or related fields, familiarity with relevant compliance and sustainability standards, and an advanced degree in a related discipline are preferred.
