Head of Regulatory Compliance, Digital Bank

The Company is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance for its digital bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, oversight, and execution of the regulatory compliance framework to ensure ongoing alignment with all relevant regulations. This includes providing regulatory opinions, formulating and updating compliance policies, and building strong relationships with regulatory authorities. The role also involves managing regulatory inquiries, inspections, and audits, as well as establishing and implementing business conduct and other compliance programs. Applicants must be degree holders with a minimum of 10 years' experience in legal and compliance functions within the banking and financial services industry. A good knowledge of fintech, mobile banking, and a willingness to embrace new technologies such as AI is essential. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and collaboration skills to effectively lead and support the team. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is necessary, and the ability to travel occasionally for business purposes is also a requirement.
