About the Role
Greater Honolulu, HI Area
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission-driven financial institution into a new phase of growth and impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's strategic direction, with a central focus on expanding and diversifying the capital base to support its ambitious goals. This role requires a highly relational executive with a proven track record in mobilizing capital, building institutional relationships, and leading through an experienced team. The CEO will be the primary representative of the organization, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including banks, investors, foundations, government agencies, and community partners. A deep understanding of the company's mission and a genuine commitment to the communities it serves are essential.
