Vice President of Product Management, Healthcare Quality

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Quality with a strong background in AI and a proven track record in the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of quality and risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall business accountability of the Quality product solutions, driving financial outcomes, and ensuring that the product vision is translated into market-leading, AI-first solutions that address complex healthcare challenges. This role requires a leader who can set the standard for transforming quality products to be AI-first, engage with key customers and industry leaders, and champion a culture of innovation, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical or science-related field, at least 10 years of experience in product management or product strategy, and a strong background in AI deployment with measurable business outcomes. The role involves leading and coaching a team of product leaders and managers, developing business cases, and working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional product experiences. The ideal candidate will have a high do-to-say ratio, experience in bringing new cloud-based software products to market, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and interoperability standards.
