Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare leadership role, with a preference for those with assisted living and memory care experience. RCA or HFA licensure is required at applicable locations. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members. Experience in budget management and a strong understanding of financial statements and reports are essential.
