Associate Vice President of ISV Operations

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for ISV Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure excellent service delivery, minimize risks, and maximize profits through effective cost and resource management. This role involves continuous process and procedure improvement, as well as maintaining high standards of staff motivation and leadership. The AVP will also be expected to have a significant impact on the business by contributing to process efficiencies, supporting global products on a regional basis, and driving standardization of processes to enhance cost-effectiveness. Applicants for the AVP ISV Operations role at the company should have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with additional qualifications such as CA, CFA, MBA, CS, or ICWA being preferred. A strong background in accounting principles, financial instruments, and experience in bond, custody, depository, or capital/money markets is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, as well as a proven track record in process management and team development. The AVP will be expected to maintain internal control standards, ensure compliance with policies, and proactively manage operational and financial crime risks. Prior experience in similar roles and a background in financial crime risk management, including AML and sanctions, is highly valued.
