Associate Vice President, Issuer Services Operations

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Issuer Services Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a capability framework for Issuer Services Operations, with a focus on providing global support across various regions. This role involves building and managing a scalable end-to-end Issuer Services process, as well as overseeing the operational and control functions to ensure compliance with service level and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a university degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for additional certifications in finance, and extensive working experience in the securities industry. A background in business management and a proven track record in managing medium to large teams are essential. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President include entity and functional management of offshore staff, continuous process improvement, and driving efficiencies in operational processes. The role also requires the establishment and maintenance of effective relationships with business partners and global product functions, as well as active participation in system upgrade projects. The candidate should have strong analytical and process improvement skills, the ability to execute and deliver change, and effective leadership with the interpersonal skills necessary to motivate a large team. Experience in syndicated loan operations is preferred, and the candidate must be adept at building and maintaining global and regional relationships at all business levels.
