The Company is seeking a Study & Site Operations (SSO) Cluster Head to lead the delivery of clinical trials with the potential to transform patients' lives on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the SSO strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the successful execution of complex clinical development programs. This pivotal leadership role involves working across countries, functions, and stakeholders to empower high-performing teams, accelerate innovation in trial delivery, and ensure the generation of high-quality data that supports the development of future medicines. The role also requires championing compliance with global regulations, ethical standards, and operating procedures, as well as managing cluster resources, budgets, and productivity initiatives to maximize operational performance. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline, with extensive experience in leading clinical trial planning, execution, and monitoring activities within a global clinical research environment. Essential skills include a deep understanding of clinical drug development, end-to-end trial execution, and expert knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, International Council for Harmonisation guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role demands strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, as well as a proven track record in leading, developing, and coaching managers and high-performing teams across complex organizations. The ideal candidate will be a champion of innovation, with the ability to drive succession and talent strategies, and will be committed to making a meaningful impact on healthcare worldwide.
