Head of Compliance

The Company is in search of a Head of Compliance to join their dynamic and regulated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the compliance framework, providing expert guidance on regulatory matters, and ensuring the organization maintains strong relationships with regulatory bodies. This pivotal role involves overseeing the design and enhancement of the compliance monitoring program, managing regulatory reporting, and promoting a culture of compliance throughout the business. The Head of Compliance will also be expected to engage with market requirements and ensure the organization operates in line with regulatory obligations and best practices. To excel in this position, candidates must be experienced compliance leaders with a proven track record in the London Market or Lloyd's insurance sector. In-depth knowledge of FCA and PRA regulations, as well as experience within the Senior Managers & Certification Regime, is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of financial crime, anti-money laundering, conduct risk, and regulatory change management. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the Board and Executive Committee level. Experience within a Lloyd's syndicate, managing agent, or Lloyd's market insurer is highly advantageous.
