While previous charity governance experience is not mandatory, evidence of senior-level commercial success is essential. The role requires a time commitment to board and strategy meetings, as well as a hands-on approach to supporting the charity's activities. Candidates for the Trustee and Ambassador roles at the company should be prepared to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach to their responsibilities. This includes contributing to the promotion of the organization's activities, taking on specific tasks to support its development, and ensuring that key risks are identified and managed.
