The Company is seeking a new Chair and three Trustees to join its Board and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of independent living for older women in housing need. The ideal Chair and Trustees will be thoughtful, collaborative, and bring strategic insight to the decision-making process, always with a focus on the residents' well-being and the values of the organization. The role is unremunerated, but reasonable expenses will be paid. The Company is particularly interested in Trustees with experience in property, legal and governance, community engagement, and health and social care, to complement the skills of the new Chair.
