Vice President, Head of Trust & Safety

The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Trust & Safety to play a pivotal role in the development of digital entertainment that aligns with the brand's mission of providing meaningful and magical experiences for children. This senior leadership position is the most critical in the Trust & Safety domain, with the sole responsibility of defining and upholding the highest standards. The successful candidate will work closely with experts to establish the brand's safety principles, represent the company externally on trust and safety matters, and have the authority to make final decisions on safety grounds. The role involves partnering with game teams to ensure safety is embedded in the design process, creating decision frameworks, and leading the safety tooling roadmap. Applicants must be recognized leaders in player or online safety, with a strong background in the development or operations of live games or digital products for a young or mixed-age audience. The role requires a hands-on approach, the ability to influence at all levels, and a focus on building processes that empower teams. Experience in introducing safety features such as age assurance or parental controls, as well as a background in games, entertainment, or consumer platforms for a young or family audience, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a systems-builder, motivated by the scale of the problem, and comfortable operating in an environment where the function's structure is still being defined.
