Vice President, Legal Counsel, Financial Crime (AML)
About the Role
Greater London, United Kingdom Area (Hybrid)
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Legal Counsel with a focus on Financial Crime, specifically Anti-Money Laundering (AML). This senior legal role is pivotal in providing high-level advice across the business on a wide spectrum of AML and financial crime matters. The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a substantial background in advising on AML and financial crime issues, and will be expected to work closely with compliance, risk, and senior stakeholders to offer practical and commercially focused legal guidance within a complex regulatory framework. Key responsibilities include advising on regulatory obligations, providing legal input on business initiatives, supporting the development of financial crime policies, and monitoring legal and regulatory developments to ensure the business is in compliance.
