Vice President of FP&A

The Company is seeking a VP of FP&A to lead and develop a team of financial professionals in the areas of financial planning and analysis, strategy planning, and pricing finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the annual operating plan, budgeting cycles, and strategic forecasting processes. This role requires the ability to build and enhance financial models, perform scenario planning, and accurately forecast financial metrics. The VP of FP&A will also be instrumental in driving organizational accountability around data and projections, and will work closely with executive stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and generate key insights into business performance. Applicants for the VP of FP&A position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in financial leadership roles, with a preference for those holding a CPA, MBA, or private equity experience. The role demands a true professional and leader with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams. Experience with budgeting, planning, and analytic tools is a plus.
