Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial, corporate, and strategic matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various commercial agreements, supporting fund launches, and ensuring compliance with financial services regulations. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the Risk & Compliance team on regulatory matters and managing external legal advisers as needed.
