The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Premier Relationship Manager to join their Wealth and Personal Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and nurturing high-net-worth individual relationships, achieving business targets, and providing a single point of contact for all Premier customers. This role requires the jobholder to ensure the highest standards of customer service, identify opportunities for wealth reviews, and deliver appropriate financial solutions in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role is pivotal in the company's flagship offering of Premier Banking, and the jobholder is expected to maintain a deep understanding of client needs, build effective relationships, and maximize the growth of the Premier client portfolio. Applicants for the Associate Vice President, Premier Relationship Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5-8 years' of experience in relationship management with high-net-worth clients. The role demands strong sales results in insurance and investment products, technical skills in wealth management, and a clear understanding of financial services. The jobholder must also possess the necessary local regulatory and license requirements, including IRDA and AMFI certifications.
