The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance, IT & Procurement to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key strategic advisor, influencing organizational strategy and long-term financial sustainability. This role is pivotal in leading large-scale financial, technology, and procurement initiatives, and supporting transformative housing and community development projects. The SVP will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the organization, compliance with a range of regulations, and the development and maintenance of strong internal controls and financial governance practices. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA certification preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' of financial leadership experience. The role requires extensive knowledge of HUD housing programs, public housing authority financial operations, and various housing finance and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive financial leadership, strategic planning, and budgeting, as well as experience in managing large budgets and overseeing enterprise technology and procurement operations. Personal characteristics should include being a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and results-oriented with a strong business judgment. The role demands a mission-driven individual with a focus on community and a commitment to improving the quality of life for residents.
