Head of AI Governance

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Governance to spearhead the establishment and maintenance of a robust enterprise AI governance framework. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that governance requirements, standards, and controls are seamlessly integrated across various AI solutions, including machine learning models, generative AI applications, and intelligent agents. This pivotal role involves translating AI governance strategy into operational practices that foster innovation, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. The Head of AI Governance will lead cross-functional teams to embed governance into day-to-day processes and delivery lifecycles, driving the responsible adoption of AI at scale. Key responsibilities for the Head of AI Governance include program leadership, process integration, risk and compliance management, and continuous improvement. The role demands a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in data, analytics, AI, technology governance, or related fields, and a proven track record in implementing and governing AI solutions within complex organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and responsible AI principles, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of governance capabilities to address emerging technologies and regulations are also essential aspects of the position.
