Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to join their team. This pivotal role involves taking ownership of the people function and being a key partner to the leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR activities across the group, with a focus on supporting the business as it grows. This includes working closely with General Managers and leadership on employee relations, performance, retention, and development. The Head of HR will also oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, and employee engagement, ensuring that HR policies and processes are running smoothly and that the business remains compliant. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years' of HR experience, preferably within a multi-unit environment, and a strong background in leading HR and supporting large hourly teams. Hands-on experience with HR systems is required, and a deep knowledge of employee relations, compliance, performance, and team development is essential. The role demands a people-focused, approachable leader who is comfortable working at all levels of the business and is dedicated to building a positive, consistent company culture. The Head of HR will also be expected to coach managers and help create a great workplace as the business continues to expand.
