The Company is seeking a Vice President for Portfolio and Performance Reporting. This role is pivotal in serving as the information hub between the investment team, operations, compliance, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of fund- and portfolio-level performance reporting, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of performance analytics and investor reporting. The VP will also be responsible for driving process enhancements, standardizing reporting across vehicles, and maintaining a high level of analytical rigor and consistency in communications. A key requirement is the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior management, investors, and boards, with a focus on vehicle-level performance, compliance, and transparency. Applicants must have 8-12 years' of experience in portfolio reporting, fund accounting, or performance analytics within private credit, private equity, or alternative asset management. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in reporting and analytics, particularly across multiple fund structures. Technical fluency in private credit performance metrics, a strong command of fund structures, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to align reporting with business objectives are essential.
