The Company is seeking a VP, Director of Strategic Planning to join their team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned brand strategist and client-facing leader, responsible for navigating complex accounts and driving growth. This role requires expertise in brand planning, client management, and collaboration, with a focus on strategic storytelling and campaign development. The VP, Director will also lead talent development and departmental initiatives, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver results that make a significant impact. A deep understanding of pharma compliance, market trends, and customer needs is essential for this position. Key responsibilities for the VP, Director of Strategic Planning include leading strategic planning for multiple accounts, executing an expert-level understanding of disease states, indications, customer needs, and science, and developing and mentoring junior team members. The role also involves providing market research expertise, leading new business development, and facilitating complex client workshops. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 8 years' of experience in brand strategy or market research within an agency setting, and proficiency in various tools and platforms. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment are also key attributes for this role.
