The Company is seeking a VP Strategy Director, Engagement for its health practice. The successful candidate will be the primary strategist for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, leading the development and application of engagement strategies. This includes a deep understanding of HCP and patient journeys, omnichannel ecosystem development, and the ability to identify and address key strategic goals. The role also involves producing insights, crafting tactical briefs, and ensuring that strategies align with client objectives. The VP Strategy Director will be responsible for specific strategy territories such as HCP and patient insights, target definition, personas, go-to-market strategy, and communication plans across various channels. Applicants must be integrated strategists with a strong background in HCP, patient, and experience strategy, and have a proven ability to work at both macro and micro strategic levels. The role requires experience in omnichannel ecosystem development, talent in working with creative and technology partners, and a solid understanding of performance and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of directly related experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, and possess exceptional communication skills, curiosity, passion, and a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities also include managing and mentoring junior strategists and ensuring that strategies are delivering on client goals.
