Dean of Academic Affairs

The Company is seeking a Dean of Academic Affairs to provide essential leadership in the education and training sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding retention and attendance goals, developing and maintaining the master schedule for all programs and courses, and ensuring the quality of faculty and staff through recruitment, training, and evaluation. The Dean will also be tasked with supervising various educational support services and leading a team to meet the campus's academic objectives. Applicants for the Dean of Academic Affairs position at the company must have a Master's degree in Education from an accredited institution, a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a college-level educational setting, and a minimum of three years of successful teaching experience at the college level. The role requires the ability to work extended hours, including evenings and Saturdays, and demands a candidate who is patient, empathetic, adaptable, and enjoys problem-solving.
