The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its State & Local Government (CAAS) practice in Central Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to support the growth and scaling of the outsourcing operations. This role involves frequent partnership with client leadership on operational and strategic issues, providing financial recommendations, and monitoring budgets. The CFO will also be tasked with developing a deep understanding of financial and operational aspects specific to the industry, ensuring compliance with financial principles, and managing various financial functions including cash flow, forecasting, and capital planning. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a CPA, and at least 8 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience, including a background in State & Local Government. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in business development and team management, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships. The CFO will be expected to effectively manage multiple client engagements, and travel to client sites as needed.
