Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its member-owned financial cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for sustaining the organization's growth, articulating a clear vision, and driving membership and asset growth goals. This role involves a consultative partnership with the Board of Directors and Senior Management team to establish and execute short and long-term strategies, as well as to deploy new technologies and outreach initiatives. The CEO will also be tasked with advancing employee engagement, developing a high-performing management team, and ensuring a strong member service culture that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and core values. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a business-related degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 15 years in a related executive-level role, demonstrating a strategic mindset and a track record of successful execution. Experience with Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs) and/or Mergers & Acquisitions is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the company's market position and competitive advantage, and be adept at adapting to new industry, economic, and competitive realities. The role also requires the CEO to be a brand ambassador, fostering the company's presence in the community.
