Interim Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the primary legal advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of legal issues, including commercial, corporate, compliance, and employment matters. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on contract management, negotiations, and risk assessment. The Senior Legal Counsel will also be involved in corporate housekeeping, managing legal and commercial risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. A key aspect of the position is the ability to work closely with the Executive Board and various business departments, making a direct contribution to the professionalization of the legal and compliance organization. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should have a completed university degree in Dutch Law, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar legal role. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial perspective, be pragmatic, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive and commercially minded approach is essential, as is the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. The role also involves managing external counsel, developing litigation strategies, and advising on intellectual property and technology matters. A good command of both Dutch and English is required, and experience in the sector is a strong plus.
