The Company is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations to establish and lead its investor relations function. The successful candidate will be the primary strategic interface between the company, shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community. This role is pivotal in shaping and communicating the company's investment narrative, business strategy, financial performance, and long-term value creation opportunity. The VP will work closely with the executive team to ensure disciplined external communications, strong disclosure practices, and proactive engagement with current and prospective investors. Key responsibilities include developing and refining a comprehensive investor relations strategy, leading the quarterly earnings process, and building and maintaining relationships with the investment community. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced credentials such as an MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in investor relations or related roles, particularly within technology or advanced computing markets. Applicants for the Vice President, Investor Relations position at the company should possess a strong understanding of public company disclosure requirements, SEC regulations, and best practices in investor communications. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex technical and financial information into a compelling equity story. The candidate must have a proven track record of building relationships across the investment community and developing targeted engagement strategies. Experience in a newly created role, with the ability to build processes from the ground up, and a high level of integrity and discipline in handling confidential information are essential. The role also demands strong project management skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and experience in using AI tools to enhance investor relations content.
