Head of Client Accounting

The Company is seeking a Head of Client Accounting to lead its dynamic accounting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring the accounting team, overseeing financial statement preparation and review, and ensuring that all client work meets the necessary financial and compliance standards. This role also involves serving as the main point of contact for external auditors, overseeing payroll processing, VAT compliance, and other statutory obligations, and driving the development and improvement of internal procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Applicants for the Head of Client Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor/Master's in accounting, an ACCA qualification, or an equivalent professional certification, with at least 5 years' experience in a senior accounting role. The role requires previous experience in a leadership position within a CSP or professional services environment, fluency in English, and excellent knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, tax compliance, and statutory reporting. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing financial data, explaining financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and managing deadlines while being adaptable to changing regulations and technologies. The role also involves building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and collaborating with other teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
