Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission-driven organization through a period of strategic renewal, financial discipline, and expanded community impact. The CEO will be responsible for enterprise leadership, including setting and communicating a clear direction that aligns with the organization's mission and values. This role involves translating the strategic plan into a practical operating roadmap, assessing the program portfolio, and making decisions to ensure long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will also be tasked with driving strategic growth, diversifying revenue, and strengthening partnerships to expand the organization's presence and impact. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have significant senior executive leadership experience within a complex, multi-program organization, with a preference for those who have prior CEO or comparable enterprise leadership experience. The role requires a proven track record in financial management, revenue diversification, and the ability to lead a large, geographically distributed workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, healthcare, or a related field, and operational familiarity with high-acuity direct services. Authentic alignment with the organization's mission, values, and Christian faith-in-action identity is essential, as is the willingness to complete the required minister commissioning process.
