Associate Vice President, Strategic Program Office Project Manager, Consumer Banking & Wealth Management Operations

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a Strategic Program Office Project Manager role within Consumer Banking and Wealth Management Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking a portfolio of projects, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders including project sponsors, project managers, platform leads, technology teams, Ops COO, and finance business unit controllers. Key duties include preparing presentation materials and project statuses for monthly Project Steering Committee meetings, maintaining proper documentation, reviewing business cases, and managing project financials and benefits. The role also involves assisting with the annual budgeting exercise, processing project contracts and invoices, and collating progress status for reporting. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance and project management, with a preference for those familiar with basic finance concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. The ideal candidate will be analytical, articulate, proactive in problem-solving, and possess strong planning and organizing skills. Attention to detail, the ability to manage tight timelines, and a positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for this role.
