Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Medical Officer to spearhead the clinical strategy, medical affairs, and global commercial launch of its oncology products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical execution, medical education, and real-world evidence generation for the oncology product, as well as serving as a scientific ambassador to top global oncology networks and supporting global regulatory submissions. This role requires a strong background in oncology, with a focus on regional and global regulatory strategy, driving clinical governance, and securing payor coverage and guideline inclusion through clinical utility data. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company should hold an MD or DO with Board Certification in Medical Oncology, and have a minimum of 7 years' of executive leadership experience in a related field. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in global product launch, KOL and regulatory leadership, and a deep understanding of the oncology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate (PhD) in a relevant field, and a background in pharma, molecular diagnostics, precision oncology, or biotech. The Chief Medical Officer will be based in Singapore and must be adept at managing a regional medical affairs team, driving clinical and regulatory strategies across key target markets, and ensuring the successful global launch of oncology products.
