Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to shape people strategy and support sustainable growth through organizational change. The role partners with senior leadership on workforce and succession planning, executive talent management, leadership development, and organizational design. Responsibilities include advancing culture, employee experience, performance and reward, executive compensation, post-acquisition integration, and broader transformation initiatives. The CHRO will also lead HR transformation by using technology, workforce analytics, and emerging tools to strengthen decision-making and organizational effectiveness. Candidates should bring 15–20 or more years of progressive HR leadership experience in high-growth, dynamic environments, such as technology, financial services, healthcare, or life sciences. A strong record of advising senior executives and boards, leading large-scale transformation, building effective teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes is required. The ideal candidate combines commercial judgment and strategic vision with operational excellence and hands-on execution. They should be confident influencing senior stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor.
