The Company is in search of a Head of Vulnerability and Exposure Management to spearhead the enhancement of its cybersecurity capabilities within a diverse and intricate technology landscape. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and implementing a robust strategy and roadmap for vulnerability and exposure management, with a focus on strengthening the identification, prioritization, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across various environments. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a background in vulnerability management, exposure management, cyber defense, security engineering, offensive security, or related cybersecurity fields, and a proven track record in leading enterprise-scale security programs. Key responsibilities for the Head of Vulnerability and Exposure Management include driving a risk-based approach to vulnerability management, improving the organization's attack surface visibility, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective remediation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cybersecurity, a strong understanding of vulnerability management in complex technology environments, and expertise in areas such as attack surface management, cloud security, threat intelligence, penetration testing, and security analytics. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team. Relevant cybersecurity certifications and experience in financial services or other large, regulated, or technology-intensive organizations are advantageous.
